The terms that apply when you book or use STHRN Tint Co.'s services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the STHRN Tint Co. ("STHRN," "we," "us," or "our") website and your booking of mobile auto window tint and ceramic coating services. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or otherwise using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

STHRN Tint Co. provides mobile auto window tint and ceramic coating installation, performed at a location you provide (your home, workplace, or another agreed address). Pricing, package details, and estimated durations are shown on our website and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the specific service requested.

Booking & Deposits

Booking a service through our website requires a deposit, processed securely through Square. For Ceramic Coating, the price shown at booking is a starting estimate — we confirm your final price after inspecting your vehicle's paint condition, and you're notified of that price before your remaining balance is charged. Your remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible by phone, text, or email if you need to reschedule or cancel — we'll do our best to accommodate you. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect deposit refund eligibility, at our discretion.

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number when requesting a quote or booking an appointment with STHRN Tint Co., you consent to receive text messages from us related to:

  • Booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and appointment reminders
  • A thank-you message after your service, which may include a request to leave a Google review and a related discount code

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and service history. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at (225) 304-0642 or info@sthrntint.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio as our text messaging provider; see our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.

Payment

All payments are processed by Square, Inc., a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Warranties

Film and coating warranty terms are as stated on our Window Tint and Ceramic Coating pages at the time of your service. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects and workmanship, and does not cover damage from accidents, improper care, or aftermarket modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STHRN Tint Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services or practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
